Briefing

In this first stage, you can tell us what you want for your furniture, such as its size, preferred style, and budget. You can contact us via Instagram, where our team will be available to assist you, answer any questions, and initiate your project. Alternatively, you can fill out the form linked above, which helps us gather all the necessary information to begin more effectively.

Sourcing, Design & Approval

After reviewing your requirements, we'll reach out to let you know that we've started searching for or designing the perfect piece for your project. This process may take some time, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Once we have something that matches your needs, we'll share pictures, precise dimensions, and details about its history, construction, and design concepts. We'll also provide our vision to help you visualize the final result. Please note that the piece may look a bit rough at this stage, as it hasn't been restored or may only exist as a design render. However, it's important to focus on aspects like construction quality, materials, design, and dimensions at this point. Once we agree on an idea, we can move on to the next stage together.

Quote

Now that we've selected a piece and have a clear vision of the desired outcome, we can provide you with a comprehensive quote for the entire project. This quote covers all aspects of the build, and for bespoke restorations, includes any necessary repairs and refinishing. Collection, delivery, and applicable taxes are also included.

Our payment process involves two stages. To initiate the project, we require a 50% deposit based on the total quoted amount. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before delivery.

Build/Restoration Stage

You have picked the perfect piece for your home, agreed with a quote and a vision and paid a deposit. Now what?

Well, now you leave the rest to us. We will be working diligently on your project until it's perfect.

During this time, be sure to check your preferred method of communication, as we will be updating you with multiple progress pictures as we move along the restoration stages.

Photoshoot

Once the piece is finalized, we'll schedule a final photoshoot to showcase the results. If you're satisfied with what we've created, we'll arrange delivery at a time convenient for you. It's at this point that we'll request the final payment.
