A striking hand-blown Murano glass pendant light by La Murrina. The shade follows a bell form that opens out into a wide ruffled rim. The glass shades from deep amber at the crown down through caramel to clear at the frilled edge, full of the molten swirls and trapped movement that only come from glass worked by hand. It hangs from a heavy brass link chain with twisted flex.

A large and confident Italian piece dating to the 1970s. It has been PAT tested and is ready to wire in and hang. Honest vintage condition, with light wear to the brass and the minor inclusions and variation natural to handmade Murano glass.
